Nuova Sabatini: updated provisions for agriculture, fishery, and aquaculture

The Ministry of Enterprises and Made in Italy has published the new provisions for the granting of contributions from Nuova Sabatini: this measure supports access to credit for investments in capital goods, such as machinery, equipment and plants.

The circular of 3 July updated the framework for business facilitation in the fields of agricultural products, fishery, and aquaculture. In particular, the changes introduced by the European Commission in relation to the ABER (agricultural aid) and FIBER (fishery) regulations are incorporated.

The list of environmental product certifications recognised at European level has also been updated; they’re instrumental to access to the increased contributions that are planned for green investments.
