Nasce la Fondazione Imprese e Competenze

The “Fondazione Imprese e Competenze per il Made in Italy” (“Foundation for Enterprise and Skills for Made in Italy”) has been set up with the aim of promoting an entrepreneurial culture among students and encouraging the acquisition of the skills required by the manufacturing world. The Foundation was inaugurated in Rome by the Ministers for Enterprise and Made in Italy, Adolfo Urso, and for Education and Merit, Giuseppe Valditara. Created under Article 19 of the Framework Law for Italian Manufacturing, the Foundation aims to strengthen links between the business and education worlds. It is also open to contributions from public and private bodies. It will accompany the new Liceo del Made in Italy, helping to strengthen it and expand the educational offer in line with the characteristics of the various production sectors and territorial realities. Among its tasks are the management of the permanent exhibition "Made in Italy" and the annual awarding of the "Maestro del Made in Italy" prize. The President of the Foundation is Giovanni Brugnoli, former Confindustria Vice-President in charge of Human Capital.
