The regional call for proposals for aid for the "Promotion of wine on third-country markets – annuality 2025-2026" has been announced. This is an initiative that only funds regional projects to promote wine in third-country markets. Applications are only accepted from organisations with operational headquarters in Sardinia. The EU budget for the request for proposals in 2025-2026 is 2,153,000 euros.
The supported promotion may specifically include wines with protected designation of origin, protected geographical indication, quality sparkling wines, quality aromatic sparkling wines, and wines with indicator of variety.
Regional projects worth at least 100,000 euros are eligible. The maximum contribution that can be sought per application is 400,000 euros, regardless of the total price of the project submitted.
Projects will run for one year, from October 16, 2025 to October 15, 2026. If the beneficiaries do not seek an advance payment, the activities will be completed by August 30, 2026.
Applications for contributions can only be compiled and submitted on the SIAN platform when the Ministry of Agriculture has determined that the call for proposals is in accordance with its national public notice.
Applications must be submitted by July 14, under penalty of exclusion.
