The Regional Law No. 3 of 5 March 2008, as subsequently amended and supplemented, has radically
changed the work of the business advisory centre in Sardinia, by providing two procedures for the
incorporation of a productive activity: the immediate start (at 0 to 20th day) and the service meeting
("Conferenza di Servizi") (Article 1, paragraphs 16-32).
Following the entry into force of Decree 160/2010, the national reform provided for the electronic
submission of documents to the local business advisory centre of reference.
