The Ministry of Enterprises and Made in Italy has allocated further 175 million euros to support research and development projects carried out under Agreements for Innovation, presented at the second subsidised office and not admitted for lack of resources.

The projects must be carried out entirely in the southern regions (Basilicata, Calabria, Campania, Molise, Apulia, Sicily and Sardinia) and be consistent both with the thematic objectives of the National Programme for Research, Innovation and Competitiveness for the 2021-2027 green and digital transition and with the selection criteria provided by the same Programme. The innovation agreements are a set of measures implemented by the Ministry, and they’re addressed to companies of any size to realise, even in joint form, new products, processes or services or improve the existing ones.
